The Healing Hub at Lourensford

A few days ago I was lucky enough to be invited to test out the new Life Retreat and Healing Hub at Lourensford in Somerset West. I’m no stranger to the area, as my in-laws live very close by to this exquisite estate, so we’ve often been there for wine tasting or to buy coffee beans or to have a meal. But the new addition (it opened in November) of this unique wellness centre has definitely taken Lourensford up a notch in my opinion. One of the most wonderful things about moving to Cape Town has been the weekends away we’ve been able to enjoy. There are brilliant places to go from Jozi but most are quite a far drive away, and what I’ve been loving about being here is that you only have to drive about an hour or so, and you’re in a completely different place, that’s packed with new surroundings to enjoy and explore.
