Freebies aren't really free

It didn’t feel right to not do one more blog post before the year gets all Christmassy and crazy. But first let me turn down the holiday music because Natalie Cole’s voice is lovely but I can’t quite think at this decibel.

Right, so where were we? Oh an update. Well, the presents are wrapped (most of them anyway), the meals are planned and ALL THE GROCERIES for the next five days are bought. I’m loving my brown paper and red twine vibe for wrapping…in fact this year is the first time I’ve had so much fun wrapping up gifts. I’ve also used all the bits of ribbon and boxes that have come my way from blog drops and it makes things look so festive. Even a very basic gift looks special when it’s wrapped with love.
